Shipping Policy
1 • Deliveries
Our creations are sent to the delivery address indicated during your order, the delivery address may be different from your billing address.
As soon as the follow-up indicates a status such as "distributed" or "delivered" (on deliveries whose delivery is made without signature), no action can then be considered. MARGAUX M DECORATION undertakes to take the necessary steps with the carrier as long as this status has not been validated (complaints, reshipments, etc.).
In the event of an international sale, MARGAUX M DECORATION cannot be held responsible for a blockage by customs in the country of destination. No compensation can be requested from the sender in the event of seizure or blocking. However, we will help you to provide you with as many elements as possible to try to regularize the situation.
To track your orders, we can consult your account if you are a registered user or on the order tracking page if you are a visitor.
In the event of non-receipt of the package for reasons related to the recipient (incomplete delivery address, non-recovery of the package from the post office during the 15-day period or missing mention on the mailbox, etc.), the package will only be reshipped by our services only after payment of the new transport costs (price identical to the first shipment). Delivery times (48 hours or other) are only given as an indication by the Post Office. Consequently, in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines by the Post Office, the buyer will in no case be entitled to claim payment of damages from the seller, nor to make any deduction or cancel the orders. in progress.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on your delivery area. They are automatically calculated during your order on the website and apply as a flat rate.
For professional orders and depending on the shipment quantities, we may be able to choose a different carrier (UPS, dpd, etc.) depending on the deadlines and/or the value of the order.
2 • Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you feel that you are not satisfied with your order or that there was a problem during its shipment (damaged or defective package). You have a period of seven (7) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods and fourteen (14) days to return your order to us. under the same conditions, in its original packaging. The shipping costs for the return of the order are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
For custom orders for individuals, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges given the specific nature of the order. We can however and as far as possible, find an arrangement to satisfy you at best.
For professional orders, acceptance of the estimate commits you and therefore cannot be modified. The order, by its specific nature, cannot be exchanged or returned. For more details, the terms are available on your quote.
3 • Returns
Be sure to make sure your order is what you want. At MARGAUX M DECORATION, we cannot accept returns.
We take special precautions to wrap the creations before sending them to you (tissue paper, special arrangement in the box, etc.) that the buyer is not necessarily able to reproduce.
If your order does not suit you, contact us directly to explain the problem and find an arrangement together. We will do everything possible to satisfy you.
4 • Limits to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the nature of the products available at MARGAUX M DECORATION — goods liable to deteriorate — no right of withdrawal may be exercised.
